The Tubbs is as you say - spectacularly beautiful just as an object and incredibly eye-opening to play. It produces such a warm, clean, connected sound and is as responsive as one would wish! It is going to take some adjustment to its responsiveness - I have had to coax things out of my previous bow that the Tubbs does as a matter of course. It is marvelous to look at and marvelous to play!
