November 2008 saw an interesting business trip to the home of the violin – Cremona in northern Italy. We took some time to visit Erika Ricciardi.

Although we deal mostly in violin bows here I am together with London based violinist and session player Vernon Dean discussing violins with one of Cremona’s up and coming star makers.
It is wonderful to see that fine quality instruments are being made today in the same traditional way – I think Stradivari and Guarneri would be happy to see Erika Ricciardi’s progress.
