Eugene Sartory circa 1920 Gold and Ebony mounted
Regular visitors to this site may be interested to note that this beautiful early Sartory has no repairs to the stick since from time to time I like to stock bows without damage if they are exceptional from a playing point of view.
The record for a bow by this maker is $87,000 June 2007.
Condition
As stated there are no repairs necessary on this bow. There is slight wear on the handle, the fourteen carat gold mountings and button are beautiful modern replicas by the renown bow maker Michael Taylor, they are identical in all areas to the original Sartory fittings.
