Eugene Sartory circa 1905

I am always delighted to have for sale an early Sartory, it has been through the wars and has a small amount of binding near the head, so well matched is the binding it is actually difficult to see. We have mounted this bow in a replica Tortoiseshell and rose gold frog and button in respect to this, one of the very greatest makers. Correct in all details and materials it is scrupulously recreated to his precise details he used at these early times whilst he experimented with design. It is also available with the customary silver and ebony mounts with a Parisienne eye.

Available now to take out on trial in the U.K. This bow comes with a certificate from Cabinet d’Achetiers, Paris

At the moment this great bow is mounted in replica Sartory Tortoiseshell and rose Gold fittings, from February it is available in Silver and ebony replica fittings.

Note the remnants of the stamp, this bow is further stamped under the lapping, it has been verbally agreed by Yannick LeCanu to be correct and receives its certification in December.

Note above the vestiges of the stamp, the position, amongst other aspects regarding the model, pernambuco and design put this bow around the 1895 era, as such, it is highly desirable.
